Barbara Shermer was one of my friends throughout high school. We would get together on weekends every now and then and have a sleepover. Barbara's home was evidently torn down as it was on Bristol Road near the by- pass. Maybe the by- pass company bought the house and the land? I am glad that Barbara fulfilled her dream of becoming a nurse. My son, David, told me about Barbara's tragic death.
